Making the Best Choice for Everyone

It can be hard to find good help these days, which is funny considering how many people there are applying for jobs these days. Even though people seem as if they are willing to do hard work, once they get into the office, they love to slack around and complain. I had a secretary just like this and I had to fire her to find someone else that would be willing to perform the duties of a secretary. I hired one from one of those corporate secretarial services , and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This new secretary actually performs as if she likes her job and puts her best foot forward in everything.

When I was dealing with the old secretary, she would make a lot of mistakes on the documents that she typed, which was insane when considering that she took forever to type anything. She would never look over her work and would always turn in something that would need to be corrected. I couldn’t stand getting a document and seeing all kinds of things wrong with it. I felt like some kind of grade school teacher who was marking on one of her students’ paper.

The new secretary doesn’t give me any of the problems that the old secretary did, and she even performs well enough to improve the quality of everyone else around the office. I didn’t think it was possible for people to get better based on someone else doing well, but it happened. Everyone in the office seems much happier as a result, and things get done faster. By Friday, we are all looking forward to coming back into work the next week. I think things are going to be quite well around here as long as we keep the secretary.
